The combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine gave rise to what we call Nikkei cuisine. Since my origins, I have worked deeply in the development of this concept to be able to elevate it to a unique and exceptional gastronomic experience and for this I count on a multidisciplinary team where excellence, order and rigour permeate everything we do.
The constant interaction with our clients, allows us to define and execute dishes of an extraordinary singularity that we transfer to the palate of our guests through our premises located in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample, Carrer Casanovas, 211, where an exquisitely minimalist and sophisticated design allows us to elevate our culinary concept to the place it deserves.
